Library and Organization

All your creations are automatically saved to your library, where you can easily find and manage them.

Your Library

Every visual support you create is automatically saved. You never need to manually save or worry about losing your work.

Access your library: Look for the Library section in your Ella dashboard to see all your creations.

Filtering Your Library

Find what you need quickly using filters:

Filter by Character

View all supports created for a specific child. This is helpful when:

• You work with multiple children
• Want to see everything for one student
• Need to audit what supports exist for a particular child

How to use: Select the character name from the filter dropdown to see only their supports.

Filter by Type

View only a specific format of support:

• Stories — All social stories
• Schedules — All visual schedules
• Picture Cards — All card sets
• Video Clips — All videos
• Strategies — All strategies (chat bundles)

When to use:

• Looking for a specific type of support to adapt
• Want to see all schedules to identify patterns
• Need to print all picture cards for a binder

Combining Filters

You can use both filters together to find exactly what you need:

• Example: All stories for Ali
• Example: All schedules for Henry

Chat Bundles

When you use Chat with Ella, all the strategies and resources created during that conversation are automatically organized into a bundle.

What's in a Bundle?

Each bundle contains:

• The original chat conversation
• Guidance overview document
• All visual supports generated for each strategy
• Any additional resources created

Accessing Bundles

Bundles are saved under the topic name in your library. For example:

• "Aggression toward peers" bundle
• "Refusing to do homework" bundle
• "Morning routine struggles" bundle

Why bundles are useful:

• Everything related to one challenge stays together
• Easy to revisit entire strategy sets
• Can share the complete bundle with team members
• Helpful for tracking what you've tried over time

Returning to a Bundle

Click on the bundle to reopen:

• View all strategies
• Access the guidance document
• Review which visual supports you created
• Generate additional supports if needed

Archiving Unused Creations

You can archive any creation by clicking the ellipsis icon on the creation in the library, then choose archive. You view archived creations again by selecting "Archived" in the filters menu. To unarchive, select 'Archived' in filters, click the ellipsis icon, and choose 'Unarchive'"

Update a Creation Title

You can rename any creation by clicking the ellipsis icon on the creation in the library, then choose edit title.
